Responsibilities

• Provide general case team support and manage discovery tasks including e-discovery.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery documents.
• Prepare for depositions and trials; coordinate with clients and experts.
• Manage cases and projects to ensure timely progression and milestones.
• Prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced litigation environment.
• Support depositions and trial preparation and contribute to strategy.
