Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT and 5+ years experience in systems environment.
• At least 4 years UNIX (AIX, Linux, or Solaris) systems administration.
• Two years experience in PC networking.

Responsibilities

• Performs installation and maintenance of UNIX (Linux) operating systems.
• Responsible for maintaining the integrity and security of UNIX servers.
• Oversees UNIX system administration and recommends standards.
• Conducts system analysis for performance monitoring.
• Manages UNIX account maintenance.
• Keeps records of UNIX system changes.
