Simplextrading is looking for a motivated System Administrator to join our technology team in Chicago. This full-time role involves developing monitoring systems, maintaining Linux environments, and troubleshooting complex issues.

With an annual base salary ranging from $125,000 to $200,000, the position offers excellent benefits including health coverage and a 401(k) match. Strong candidates will have at least 3 years of relevant experience and a passion for technology.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
• Thorough understanding of Linux, especially the network stack.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (40-50 lb regularly).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain monitoring and deployment systems.
• Triage and respond to issues in the Linux environment.
• Maintain and deploy servers and workstations.
