The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of Linux operating systems, ensuring compatibility with infrastructure teams, and performing troubleshooting tasks. Ideal candidates must possess significant experience in Red Hat Enterprise Linux, various database tuning, and strong scripting skills. Certification like RHCSA or RHCE is preferred, alongside excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
Qualifications
Minimum 7+ years of experience with Linux and associated hardware platforms.
Must have RHCSA or RHCE certification.
Experience with high availability and Linux clustering is a plus.
Responsibilities
Administer Linux operating systems on x86 hardware platforms.
Interface with Devon Infrastructure teams for compatibility.
Perform systems troubleshooting and problem management.
