Job Summary

Leidos is seeking a highly experienced Linux-focused technical professional to support systems across cloud and on‑prem environments. This role requires deep expertise in Linux administration, infrastructure, security compliance, and troubleshooting within containerized and virtualized environments.

Primary Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Linux-based systems across cloud and containerized environments
• Manage and support storage solutions and virtualization technologies
• Configure and troubleshoot IP networking and firewall components
• Apply and support PKI/TLS/cryptographic solutions, including adherence to crypto policies
• Perform application support and advanced system troubleshooting within Linux environments
• Support SSP compliance activities and STE/STN requirements on Linux systems
• Contribute to system automation efforts using available tools (as applicable)

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 10+ years of experience, OR no degree with 15+ years of related professional experience
• IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE, SSCP)
• Strong proficiency in Linux system administration (required)
• Experience with IP networking and firewall technologies
• Solid understanding of PKI/TLS/cryptography and associated policies
• Clearance Required: Must have an active TS/SCI with Polygraph
