Job summary

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree and over 3 years of Linux system administration experience. A competitive salary range of $130,000 - $150,000 is offered, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Linux system administration experience (RHEL, CentOS, or similar).
• Experience with IBM Enterprise Storage systems.
• Strong knowledge of Veritas NetBackup.
• Experience with Nessus vulnerability scanning and remediation workflows.
• Proficiency with YUM package management and patching strategies.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and optimize Linux-based systems in a production environment.
• Manage and support IBM Enterprise Storage solutions.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Veritas NetBackup.
• Perform system patching and package management.
• Execute and remediate vulnerability scans using Nessus.
