Job summary

Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. seeks a Staff Product Manager to define and drive the Linux platform roadmap across Snapdragon AI PCs, edge devices, and enterprise computing solutions.

You will collaborate with engineering, OEMs, open‑source communities, and distribution partners to align upstream efforts, deliver production-grade Linux experiences, and enable industry-leading ecosystems for diverse Snapdragon platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience defining software products, platform roadmaps, and cross-functional execution.
• Experience with Linux OS, open-source ecosystems, and upstream development models.
• Experience driving Linux upstreaming or related communities.
• Experience enabling major Linux distributions (Ubuntu, RHEL, Debian, Fedora, SUSE).
• Knowledge of Linux kernel architecture, drivers, firmware, and virtualization.
• Strong collaboration with engineering, partners, OEMs, ISVs, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Define Linux product roadmaps for Snapdragon AI PCs, workstations, edge devices, and developer platforms.
• Gather ecosystem requirements and create PRDs, use cases, and business justifications.
• Drive upstreaming plans and align with kernel, drivers, firmware, graphics, and security.
• Lead distribution strategy with Ubuntu, RHEL, Debian, Fedora, and SUSE.
• Drive engagement with ecosystem partners, customers, and developers to accelerate adoption.
