Job summary

EverWatch is seeking a Linux Systems Administrator to join our team supporting Air Force Intelligence Operations. You will design, implement, and sustain Linux-based systems across global infrastructure to meet mission needs.

The role emphasizes security, automation, virtualization, and cloud solutions, with opportunities to grow in testing, deployment, and integration while ensuring real-time responsiveness for government customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, information technology, or engineering with 10+ years Linux admin experience, or HS Diploma with 12+ years.
• DoD 8570 Compliant IAT Level II or III Certification, such as Security+.
• TS/SCI with a polygraph.
• Experience with system updates, testing, and patching for Linux systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead Linux-based solutions for global, multi‑infrastructure systems supporting real‑time mission operations.
• Translate customer needs into technical specifications and develop Linux deployments.
• Evolve automation, virtualization, and cloud solutions for Air Force Intelligence Operations.
