Job summary

Caelum Research Corporation is looking for a Senior Linux Systems Administrator to provide expert support for a vital government IT contract. This full-time position is based on-site at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD, where the candidate will oversee Linux infrastructures while mentoring junior staff.

Successful applicants will have significant experience with Linux systems and automation, and certifications in security and Linux technologies are strongly preferred. The role comes with a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $140,000 per year, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Deep technical expertise in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
• Minimum of 5 years of directly related IT experience with a Master's degree.
• Current Security+ certification or equivalent.
