Responsibilities

• Lead LIHTC, affordable housing transactions end-to-end (structuring through closing)
• Draft/negotiate LPAs, operating agreements, financing documents, acquisition/development documents
• Supervise associates/paralegals and manage deal teams
• Coordinate with clients and other professionals;Travel as needed (NYC)
