Responsibilities

• Lead funding applications, financial modeling, due diligence, and escrow closings; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage construction-phase funding, track budgets/schedules; coordinate lenders, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Partner with community groups, consultants, and development teams; lead engagement and contract scopes.
• Evaluate new development opportunities, perform feasibility analysis, support RFP responses and bid reviews.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation; maintain organized files for leadership visibility.
