Job summary

Novogradac is hiring a LIHTC Development Consultant in Philadelphia. In this role, you will advise affordable housing developers on LIHTC transactions, managing client relationships and providing technical expertise. You will participate in all aspects of project leadership, strategic planning, and financial modeling while mentoring junior staff. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and significant experience in LIHTC development or consulting, with a competitive salary range of $109,000 to $147,000 based on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of LIHTC development or consulting experience.
• Ability to analyze risks and provide strategic recommendations.
• Knowledge of affordable housing finance structures.

Responsibilities

• Advise on LIHTC development strategy and feasibility analysis.
• Review LIHTC applications and assist with agency interactions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders including lenders and attorneys.
