Qualifications
Minimum of 12 years of demonstrated experience in Program Management for complex programs.
Expert-level experience in the full lifecycle of DoW or IC acquisitions.
PMP or DAWIA Level III certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
Provide acquisition and program management counsel to government leadership.
Support preparation of procurement packages for Major System Acquisitions.
Coordinate high-level activities across various departments for compliant acquisitions.
Support agency-level governance in acquisition strategy formulation.
Identify contractual issues and recommend actions to leadership.
Plan contractor support strategy for IV&V and system security.
