Qualifications

• 5+ years of life science strategy consulting experience.
• Experience across pharma, biotech, medical devices and MedTech.
• Advanced Excel proficiency as listed (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH).
• Demonstrated ability to extract insights from multiple data sources.
• Experience applying AI-enabled tools to accelerate analysis and inform recommendations.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau for data visualization.
• Strong ability to engage with senior executives and facilitate decisions.
• Storytelling and written/presentation communication skills.
• Willingness to travel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and expand senior client relationships and contribute to growth and culture of the Life Sciences consulting team.
• Act as a thought partner to project teams and clients, shaping strategic options and data approach.
• Present research methodology, insights and strategic recommendations to clients.
• Design and lead quantitative analytics to generate insights and hypotheses.
• Research and apply AI tools to accelerate analysis and develop frameworks.
• Translate complex findings into executive-ready deliverables—models, slides and narratives.
• Work with project teams to develop methodologies, data analyses, and strategic recommendations.
• Perform data analysis, modeling, and interpret qualitative data to inform business strategy.
• Contribute to business development by shaping proposals and identifying follow-on opportunities.
