Job summary

EY is seeking a senior Life Sciences quality professional to design, build, test, and deploy digital quality solutions for regulated environments. You'll connect QA/QC, laboratory, and manufacturing needs with deployable technology across diverse client teams, contributing from assessment through stabilization.

You will work with QA, QC, lab, regulatory, IT, data, and provider teams, owning deliverables, resolving issues, and translating workflow insights into compliant design and testable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, quality, engineering, information systems, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant Life Sciences quality, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or digital QMS experience.
• Experience with quality, laboratory or manufacturing processes in regulated environments.
• Experience with deviations, investigations, CAPA, change control, audits, supplier quality, or data integrity.
• Ability to travel 80–100% and legal work authorization in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Assess quality and laboratory workflows, user needs, system interfaces, and data review.
• Document process flows, user stories, and data mappings for digital quality solutions.
• Support design and implementation of quality‑domain capabilities across deviations, CAPA, change control, and audits.
• Design and improve digital‑quality workflows using eQMS/QMS platforms and integrations with ERP/LIMS.
• Connect QA/QC and laboratory processes across LIMS, MES, and other lab systems; support data traceability.
• Develop and review data models, mappings, and data quality rules relevant to quality events.
• Work with architects on APIs, instrument connectivity, and secure data movement across sites.
• Prepare and execute functional and integration tests; document defects and traceability.
• Support deployment readiness, training, and handover with clear documentation.
• Collaborate with client teams; travel as required; address GxP data integrity and audit trails.
