Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior in Supply Chain Manufacturing to help design, implement, and deploy digital solutions for regulated plant operations in life sciences. You will connect production, quality, lab, and IT teams, shaping end-to-end data flows and AI-enabled workflows.

You’ll work with operators, engineers, quality teams, and data specialists. Expect travel, document-heavy delivery, and close collaboration to meet GxP and data integrity standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, manufacturing, information systems, computer science, supply chain, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Life Sciences manufacturing, manufacturing systems, automation, or related roles.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/medical-device regulated environments.
• Proven delivery artifacts: requirements, process maps, data mappings, interface specs, test scripts.
• Collaborates with operational and technical teams to implement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assess workflows, user needs, data interfaces, and pain points from site observations.
• Document process flows, requirements, data mappings, and acceptance criteria for digital solutions.
• Support design and implementation of MES/MOM, eBR/eDHRs, and batch management capabilities.
• Trace data across MES/ERP/LIMS/QMS/SCADA to identify gaps and dependencies.
• Define data-quality rules and contextual datasets with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with solution architects on interfaces and data movement across environments.
• Prepare functional/integration test scripts and maintain traceability from requirements.
