The Senior Consultant for Veeva Align within the Vault CRM Suite will own project work from diligence to documentation, leading customer applications implementations for pharma and medical devices clients. You will mentor teams, drive best practices, and manage cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Technology Consulting with Life Sciences or Pharma Commercial Operations/Sales Planning.
• Hands-on data management and process analysis; proficient with MS Excel for small datasets and MS Access or SQL for larger datasets.
• Able to travel up to 20% of the time for customer and internal needs.

Responsibilities

• Mix of project management, analysis, and technical product work with advanced configurations.
• Meet with senior management and executives as SME.
• Articulate complex client concepts to diverse audiences.
• Develop Life Sciences industry and Veeva solution expertise.
• Mentor and develop team members as a senior, leading customers and internal teams.
• Grow team capabilities, create best practices and accelerators.
