Qualifications

• BA/BS in a life science or related field is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluent in English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Extremely organized with keen attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Plan, initiate, oversee, and close clinical and nonclinical research projects within scope, time, and budget.
• Serve as primary liaison between internal teams and external clients; communicate progress and risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across histology, image analysis, science, pathology, QA, and business dev.
• Assist in defining project scope, milestones, and deliverables per the SOW and quote.
• Ensure project documentation, QA records, and regulatory requirements are maintained.
