Job summary

Laurus in Hudson, OH is seeking a Life Enrichment Lead to plan and implement engaging activities for residents of a senior living community. You will serve as an expert for personal programming, coordinating with the Life Enrichment Director to enhance social welfare and resident well-being.

You'll support daily operations, manage activity setup and safety, and help deliver programs that align with the community’s 1440 culture while fostering teamwork and compassionate care for seniors.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays may be required.
• Compassionate toward the senior population.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Proficient in general computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively support our 1440 culture and pillars.
• Assist the Life Enrichment Director with planning and execution of activities and life skills.
• Support administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintain resident safety during activities.
• Set up, clean up and upkeep of activity areas and spaces.
• Assist with transportation by coordinating outings and related tasks.
