Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking an Activities Director to lead Life Enrichment programs that bring joy, connection, and purpose to residents. You will organize activities, coordinate staff, and ensure alignment with Trilogy's high service standards.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in Therapeutic Recreation and 2+ years in an Activities Director role, with preferred CTRS/ADC/ACC credentials. This on-site role supports residents’ well-being and community engagement.

Qualifications

• CTRS, ADC or ACC credentials preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Therapeutic Recreation or equivalent.
• Certified Occupational Therapist or Occupational Therapy license or equivalent.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in an Activities Director role.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize Life Enrichment programs to meet resident needs and Trilogy standards.
• Manage and support staff by creating schedules and ensuring LEAs complete tasks.
• Evaluate and improve services using resident/family feedback and survey results.
• Address activity-related concerns promptly (24–48 hours).
• Develop and distribute newsletters and social media updates to promote events.
• Lead and supervise volunteers to enhance program offerings.
