Leisure Living - Meadow Lane Assisted Living in Bad Axe, MI seeks a Life Enrichment Assistant. The role supports planning and executing activities that enhance residents' social welfare and interests. Candidates should have 1–3 years of related experience, be compassionate, and capable of independent and collaborative work.

The position is full-time, with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional evenings/weekends. Compensation is $15.25 per hour, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with senior activities preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Actively support our culture and pillars.
• Assist the Life Enrichment Director with planning, communication, and execution of activities and life skills.
• Support the Life Enrichment Director and Lead with administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintain resident safety and proper setup/cleanup of activity areas.
• Assist with transportation by coordinating outings and related tasks.
• Adhere to the Employee Handbook standards.
