Job summary

American Senior Communities' Bethlehem Woods in Fort Wayne, IN, is seeking an Activity Assistant to enrich residents' lives with engaging, age-appropriate activities. The role supports a warm, caring environment and requires a compassionate presence.

Both full-time day shifts and part-time 10a-6p on alternating weekends are available. CNA preferred; helps you pursue CNA licensure through on-site training.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to residents, family members, customers and staff.
• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Successful completion of a State approved Nursing Assistant training and competency evaluation program or a CNA competency evaluation program approved by the State.
