Connected Logistics in Fort Belvoir, VA is seeking a Senior Life Cycle Manager to provide Life Cycle Logistics support to the DoD Biometrics PMOSE program. Immediate start; responsible for planning, coordination, and facilitation of reviews and events supporting the Biometrics mission.

The role requires a Secret clearance, a Bachelor's degree, and 10+ years of DoD acquisition experience, with expertise in ILS, lifecycle support, and logistics planning to minimize user impact and sustain fielded

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute logistic program activities throughout product life cycle.

• Generate repair and source of repair analyses.
• Develop logistics demonstration planning and execution.
• Execute product support package development.
• Oversee Technical Manual development and updates.
• Oversee property accountability of government-furnished equipment and installation equipment.
• Track DMSMS and obsolescence to ensure fielded products are sustainable.

Connected Logistics is seeking a Senior Life Cycle Manager to provide Life Cycle Logistics support to PM DoD Biometrics Project Management, Operations, and Systems Engineering Support (PMOSE) program. The Life Cycle Manager will provide support with planning, coordination, and facilitation of in-progress reviews and working groups/events/activities in support of the PM DoD Biometrics mission.

Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Life Cycle Manager plans, develops, and executes logistic program activities throughout product(s) life cycle. The Senior Life Cycle Manager shall be responsible for the development/drafting/final production of items listed below (but not limited to):

• Support development and production of whole logistics lifecycle within the Life Cycle Sustainment Plan.
• Generate level of repair analysis and source of repair analysis.
• Develop logistics demonstration planning and execution.
• Execute product support package development.
• Execute Technical Manual development and finalization.
• Oversee equipment standardization.
• Prepare memorandums of Agreement/Understanding and applicable contract data requirements list reviews.
• Create applicable CDRL reviews.
• Oversee property accountability of all GFE and installation equipment, APSR system updates, and IUID Plan.
• Perform or directs Diminishing Manufacturing sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) and obsolescence tasks tracking ensuring that fielded products are sustainable, and available.

Requirements

• Must have an active Secret clearance or higher.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Ten (10) years of relevant experience in DoD systems acquisition.
• Experience in Integrated Logistics Support and System Lifecycle Support areas of DoD application.
• Experience planning supply support, technical logistical data, packaging, handling, storage, and transportation.
• Working knowledge and understanding of the logistical impact of fielding, training, sustaining, and sunsetting software.
• Ability to develop logistics strategies that minimize user impact.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience within the DoD Biometrics community or with interagency biometrics stakeholders.
• DAWIA Advanced Level Certification in Lifecycle Logistics.

Total Rewards Statement:

The anticipated salary range for this position is $110,000.00 to $115,000.00 USD. This is a good-faith range based on factors such as your experience, geographic location, and any applicable contractual requirements, and may vary slightly.
