UNICO Engineering, Inc. seeks a California Licensed Land Surveyor to lead our Concord Bay Area projects. You will guide the Survey Department, mentor staff, ensure client standards, and grow the department geographically and strategically.

Role requires a clear driver’s license, pre-employment drug screen, and a strong background in boundary law, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and field surveying. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits offered.

Formación

• Knowledge of boundary and legal principles.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D in surveying projects.
• Field surveying experience using GPS equipment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Map topographic, ROW, and parcel surveys using Civil 3D.
• Process field data and perform survey computations.
• Prepare legal descriptions and exhibits for easements.
