Charger Logistics Inc. is seeking a seasoned Customs Brokerage Leader to oversee licensing, compliance and national-permit readiness from the United States.

The role leads staff, coordinates CBP processes (ACE/ABI), and partners with finance and commercial teams on pricing, budgets and performance while ensuring regulatory excellence and risk management. This is a full-time, on-site leadership position.

Qualifications

• Leadership of customs brokerage teams and staff supervision.
• Strong knowledge of CBP requirements, ACE/ABI, and entry processes.
• Experience with licensing applications, permitting, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational licence and national-permit readiness and applications.
• Establish supervision and control through training, reviews, and monitoring.
• Oversee importer onboarding, classification, valuation, and entry summaries.
