Job summary

State of Colorado is seeking qualified behavioral health professionals to deliver offender-focused care at the Limon facility. This role requires licensure in one of Colorado’s behavioral health professions and provides clinical evaluations, planning, and crisis intervention to support rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Must hold one of the listed Colorado licenses from the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies.
• Minimum of 1 year licensed or license candidacy experience in substance use and/or mental health.
• Ability to work with offender population and provide behavioral health services per guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional behavioral health services to offenders, including evaluations and clinical interventions.
• Serve as consultant to unit staff on assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Provide crisis intervention and ensure continuity of care through proper referrals.
