SustainableHR PEO & Recruiting in Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Liability Claims Adjuster to join a collaborative team. You will independently manage claims from investigation through resolution, focusing on Litigation, Bodily Injury, Coverage, and Negotiations.

A background of 5–10 years in liability claims is preferred and you will interact with claimants, attorneys, and experts. The role offers a hybrid/remote work setup for Wisconsin-based professionals, with occasional in-person

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of liability claims experience required.
• Experience with litigation, bodily injury, coverage issues, and negotiations.
• Ability to manage complex claims from investigation to resolution.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigated liability claims from assignment to resolution.
• Collaborate with defense counsel and claimants' attorneys.
• Evaluate coverage issues and prepare Reservation of Rights and denial letters.
• Lead negotiations with claimants, attorneys, and third parties.
• Maintain detailed claim files and CMS/ISO reporting.
• Assist in claims system upgrades and process improvements.
