Job summary

Bennett Aerospace Inc., a federal government contractor, seeks a Senior-Level Security Analyst to support senior program leadership across the assigned department in the NCR. The role requires at least three years of experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to obtain a US Top Secret clearance.

Qualifications

Bennett Aerospace Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Senior-Level Security Analyst to provide senior-level security program support. The successful candidate will assist senior program leadership with the coordination, oversight, and execution of security activities across the assigned department.t in Pentagon, Mark Center, Crystal City, and other facilities in the National Capital Region (NCR).

Position Responsibilities:

• Support senior program management and oversight of security operations.
• Provide technical guidance and quality review for complex or high-risk security actions.
• Monitor workload, priorities, deliverables, and emerging requirements to support timely and consistent performance.
• Coordinate activities across personnel, information, industrial, physical, operations, SCI, and classification-management security functions.
• Review security documentation, reports, briefings, and correspondence for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Identify security risks, procedural gaps, and performance issues and recommend practical corrective actions.
• Support the development, implementation, and improvement of security processes, standard operating procedures, and internal controls.
• Assist with security assessments, inspections, audit preparation, corrective-action tracking, and readiness activities.
• Coordinate with leadership, supported customers, facility representatives, and external security organizations.
• Prepare and deliver senior-level briefings, reports, status updates, and decision-support materials.
• Provide guidance and support to other security analysts, as directed.
• Protect sensitive and classified information and maintain strict confidentiality.

Required Qualifications:

• At least three years of demonstrated experience supporting senior program management and providing oversight of security operations.
• Demonstrated knowledge of federal and DoW security policies, processes, and documentation requirements.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to review complex security actions and provide clear, actionable guidance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience communicating with senior personnel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and operate effectively with limited supervision.
• Ability to obtain and maintain the security clearance and access required for the position.

Security Requirements:

• Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a US Government Top Secret security clearance.
• Successful Pass of Bennett Aerospace Background Investigation, Drug Screening and Credit Check.

The salary range for this position is $131,532 - $145,281

This position is located Pentagon, Mark Center, Crystal City, and other facilities in the National Capital Region (NCR)
