Job summary

Takeda in Brooklyn Park, MN is seeking a Senior Level Project Cost Controller for an 11-month contract. The role involves managing integrated project controls, including schedule, cost, change, risk, and performance management, with a focus on CAPEX reporting and governance.

You will develop and maintain schedules in MS Project, analyze critical paths, track progress, and coordinate vendor integration while delivering monthly performance reporting to executives.

Qualifications

• Experience in project cost control and scheduling.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel and Power BI.
• Experience with CAPEX/capital project governance.

Responsibilities

• The Project Controller will manage integrated project controls for Takeda's Brooklyn Park, MN facility, supporting schedule, cost, change, risk, and performance management.
• Develop and maintain the integrated project schedule in Microsoft Project, including critical path analysis, progress tracking, look-ahead schedules, and contractor/vendor schedule integration.
• Manage project budgets, commitments, forecasts, cash flow, EAC/ETC, Earned Value Management (EVM), contingency, purchase orders, and change control.
• Maintain risk registers, coordinate mitigation activities, analyze cost/schedule risks, and provide monthly executive-level project performance reporting.
• Working within structured project governance environments with strong proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, CAPEX reporting, Power BI.
