• Judicial clerkship experience is very helpful.

Duties

• Work on business litigation, including corporate and commercial matters, M&A, entity governance, contracts, real estate, land use, and bankruptcy.
• Draft motions, discovery requests and responses, meet and confer correspondence, motion and trial briefs, settlement agreements, and client reports.
• Argue minor motions and make routine court appearances.
• Take and defend depositions and assist in trial preparation.
