Qualifications

• Law degree required.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal expertise to Lyft's Public Policy team on legislative issues.
• Track, analyze, and evaluate proposed legislation across topic areas, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Draft legislative language, amendments, and recommendations reflecting Lyft's user and business interests.
• Identify legislative trends and develop responsive strategies across jurisdictions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to assess legislative impacts and inform decision-making.
• Partner with regional Public Policy team members on market-specific legislative efforts.
• Develop leading expertise on a specific issue area in coordination with management.
• Coordinate with compliance, legal, and operations teams as new regulatory frameworks are implemented.
