Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or progressively responsible experience substituted year-for-year.
• Two and one-half years of progressively responsible professional work experience in analyzing, evaluating, developing or improving managerial policies, practices, systems, methods and procedures.
• One year of either supervisory or staff specialist experience in planning, directing and evaluating work.
• Desirable knowledge of the legislative process such as reviewing bills or drafting testimony.
• Master’s or Ph.D. can substitute for specialized experience.
