Job summary

Electronic Arts seeks a Senior Analyst in Legal Solutions & Technology to manage legal-tech projects, implement no-code platforms, and partner with global teams to improve productivity. You will train users, develop SOPs, and drive change across the legal organization.

You will report to the Senior Manager, Legal Solutions & Technology, and operate in a hybrid model with in-office days in Redwoood City, Seattle, LA Del Rey, or Vancouver.

Qualifications

• 5+ years prior relevant experience.
• Experience implementing technical solutions in no-code environments.
• Participating in global projects such as CLMS in a legal department.
• Identify, document, and prioritize requirements.
• Experience working with business clients and technical teams.
• Experience training end-users.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Embrace technology to automate business processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead legal technology and project management initiatives and drive schedules.
• Configure and implement core legal technologies including AI-powered tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, evaluate AI tools, run tests and flag issues.
• Develop test cases and manage UAT for releases and AI updates.
• Create and maintain operational metrics and reporting.
• Serve as admin and power user for core legal platforms.
• Provide end-user enablement and change management.
• Create SOPs, process maps, guides, and training materials.
