  • Thorough knowledge of law office practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Receive general directions from staff attorneys and prepare legal documents for review by staff attorneys.
  • Prepare City contracts, deeds, easements, licenses/permits for review and action.
  • Plan and organize work according to office procedures and standards.
  • Perform initial research on matters referred to the office.
  • Coordinate compilation of documents for staff attorneys and manage calendars for court events.
