Ashurst Perkins Coie US LLP is seeking a Senior Legal Project Manager to lead complex, high-visibility initiatives across multi-project portfolios. You will drive planning, governance, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and delivery for top clients and firm engagements.

You will advise attorneys, clients, and professionals, fostering cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement in legal service delivery.

Qualifications

• At least five years leading complex, high-visibility projects and matter portfolios within a law firm or professional services environment.
• Advanced business, financial, and technical acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, pricing, profitability analysis, and matter management.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and mentor teams.
• Experience with project governance, stakeholder management, resource planning, risk mitigation, and end-to-end lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex legal project management initiatives and matter portfolios with strategic oversight over planning, governance, budgeting, and delivery.
• Serve as trusted advisor to attorneys, clients, and business professionals, driving alignment and cross-functional collaboration.
• Advance LPM excellence through leadership, process optimization, technology implementation, and scalable methodologies.
