Job summary

Responsibilities

• Contracting & Commercial Support: Draft, review, and negotiate customer contracts, subcontracts, vendor agreements, NDAs, leases, and licensing arrangements.
• Legal Advisory & Risk Management: Advise senior leadership on contract, dispute, compliance, and operational issues.
• Disputes, Claims & Litigation: Manage insured and uninsured claims, evaluate disputes, and oversee outside counsel.
• Compliance & Corporate Governance: Advise on regulatory compliance (including environmental and government requirements) and assist in developing corporate policies.
