Job description

Introduction

ASML brings together the most creative minds in science and technology to develop lithography machines that are key to producing faster, cheaper, more energy‑efficient microchips. We design, develop, integrate, market and service these advanced machines, which enable our customers - the world’s leading chipmakers - to reduce the size and increase the functionality of their microchips, which in turn leads to smaller, more powerful consumer electronics. Our main headquarters are located in Veldhoven, the Netherlands, and we also have 18 office locations around the United States- including main offices in Wilton, CT, Chandler, AZ, San Jose, CA and San Diego, CA.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Providing end-to-end learning administration and operational support for learning programs, courses, and instructor‑led or virtual learning events.

  • Coordinating learning activities including scheduling, enrollment, learner communications, instructor coordination, training logistics, attendance, completion tracking, and post‑training administration.

  • Creating, maintaining, and updating learning offerings, events, sessions, curricula, assignments, and learner records within the Learning Management System (LMS).

  • Managing learning inquiries and service requests through ServiceNow, ensuring requests are accurately documented, appropriately prioritized, resolved in a timely manner, and closed with a strong customer experience.

  • Serving as a point of contact for employees, instructors, Learning teams, Academies, and other stakeholders regarding learning administration and operational support.

  • Partnering with Learning teams and program owners to understand operational requirements and translate them into effective learning administration and delivery support.

  • Following established LSS processes, service standards, work instructions, and controls while appropriately identifying and escalating exceptions.

  • Taking ownership of assigned requests from intake through resolution, proactively communicating status, risks, dependencies, and required actions.

  • Troubleshooting learning administration and LMS issues, researching solutions, and collaborating with appropriate partners when escalation is required.

  • Maintaining accurate learning data and performing quality checks to support data integrity, compliance, and reliable reporting.

  • Supporting learning reporting and analyzing operational data to identify trends, recurring issues, service gaps, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Identifying opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, or improve learning administration processes and the customer experience.

  • Creating and maintaining standard work, process documentation, knowledge articles, and other resources that strengthen team knowledge and reduce dependency on individual expertise.

  • Collaborating across the LSS team, sharing knowledge, providing backup support, and contributing to cross‑training and business continuity.

  • Supporting new service transitions and expansion of Learning Shared Services by participating in knowledge transfer, process mapping, testing, documentation, and stabilization activities.

  • Building effective relationships with stakeholders while promoting established LSS intake channels and standardized ways of working.

  • Participating in team performance reviews, continuous‑improvement activities, and other initiatives designed to improve service quality, efficiency, and customer experience.

  • Performing other learning operations and shared‑services responsibilities as needed to support evolving business and customer needs.

  • Performing financial processes (e.g., requesting and processing quotes from external suppliers) and following up on created PRs (Purchase Requests).

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Learning and Development, Organizational Development, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

  • 2 years of experience in Learning Operations, Learning Administration, HR Shared Services, or People Operations.

  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple priorities, collaborating across teams, and delivering a high level of customer support in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience working within standardized processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.

  • Experience using a Learning Management System (LMS) or other enterprise HR technology is preferred.

  • Experience with ServiceNow or other case management, ticketing, or request management systems is preferred.
