ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY.... (Remote Work Allowed)We are looking for an experienced Learning Experience Designer & Technical Trainer to join our Technical Enablement team. In this role, you will partner with program managers, product managers, and engineers to design, implement, and assess effective learning programs for our implementation teams and partners. Your efforts will be key in preparing teams for customer onboarding, complex solution deployment, and partner success with our SaaS platform.
Our ideal candidate is learner-focused, skilled at synthesizing diverse inputs, adept in agile course design, passionate about understanding SaaS implementation and professional services workflows, and committed to applying adult learning best practices. You are inquisitive, proactive, problem-solving, and will help shape our technical training strategies, standards, and processes.
● Collaborate with leadership to identify and prioritize training needs based on impact
● Work with SMEs to define learning objectives, design learning experiences (synchronous and asynchronous), and develop relevant content. Modalities include coaching, mentorship, job aids, e-learning, instructor-led sessions, and hands-on activities.
● Provide guidance on instructional design strategies and technology integration
● Develop evaluation methods to measure learning outcomes and use feedback for continuous improvement
● Utilize data analytics to assess program effectiveness and inform enhancements
● Facilitate virtual and in-person instructor-led training workshops
● Support change management initiatives through targeted learning interventions
● Research and incorporate emerging technologies and trends to enhance learner experience
● Offer ongoing coaching to team members to reinforce learning and address skill gaps
● Ensure training content reflects current product capabilities and best practices
● Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, or related field
● Over 5 years of experience designing enterprise software training programs
● Strong facilitation and presentation skills
● Expertise in instructional design, adult learning theories, and e-learning tools
● Proficiency with LMS and authoring tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate
● Certification program familiarity is a plus
