Job summary

Cetera Financial Group seeks an e-Learning Training Specialist to partner with our Service platform and drive readiness for Advisors. You will prepare, facilitate, and coordinate training across departments or independently, using blended learning in various formats.

You will develop content for new system enhancements with Brainshark and Articulate 360, expand the training catalog, and customize programs to meet business needs while analyzing advisor feedback to identify improvements.

Qualifications

• Ability to use independent judgment to prioritize training needs.
• Training or similar experience preferred.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Research, analytical and creative problem-solving skills; customer service orientation; high work standards.
• Experience with preparation and facilitation of training courses, live and online.
• Experience designing training materials and user guides.
• Knowledge of diverse learning concepts and applying appropriate principles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional, technical and practice management training using blended learning in classrooms, conference calls, hands-on workshops and one-on-one coaching.
• Work with departments to ensure all new branch staff receive proper training.
• Develop/manage content for system enhancements using Brainshark and approved AI tools.
• Expand Cetera’s Training Catalog to include Practice Management courses.
• Customize training programs to meet business needs.
• Perform miscellaneous duties related to training and development.
• Analyze advisor feedback to identify training solutions and opportunities.
• Work with project managers to identify system inefficiencies and advisor solutions.
• Address daily training items escalated from engagement teams.

This position requires a self-motivated individual with critical-thinking skills, excellent customer service skills, ability to prepare, facilitate and coordinate training and work alongside multiple departments or independently.

Compensation:

The base annual salary range for this role is $55,000 to $70,000, plus a competitive performance-based bonus. Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Base annual salary may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations.
