The role focuses on safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and cost reduction, with emphasis on leading change and coaching across all levels of the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, quality, materials, or process improvement.
• Lean or Six Sigma training/certification preferred.
• Authorization to work in the United States and/or Canada.
• Proven record of delivering measurable performance improvements.
• Experience leading change and influencing without authority.
• Familiarity with ITM, TPS, DBS, HOS, or similar operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Champion a continuous improvement culture focused on waste elimination.
• Lead and mature ITM deployment activities across the Factory.
• Facilitate kaizen events aligned to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Cost.
• Train, coach, and develop teams on ITM tools and methods.
• Lead Cost‑out projects and guide others through successful execution.
• Collaborate across cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Communicate clearly and influence at all organizational levels.
