Job description

Summary

Imagine what you could do here. At Apple, great ideas have a way of becoming great products, services, and customer experiences very quickly. Bring passion and dedication to your job and there’s no telling what you could accomplish.

Apple’s Worldwide Industries and Partnerships team drives Apple’s strategy for the industries that matter most. We are looking for a senior leader to own that strategy for Financial Services end to end: someone with deep credibility in the Financial Services community, a track record of leading enterprise technology transformations, and the ability to shape how Apple shows up for an industry where trust is the core currency.

Description

You will lead engagement strategy for the top 50 global Financial Services companies alongside Account Executives, while building partnerships across the industry to expand our scale and reach. You will work with Apple's channel organization to extend wins into repeatable, partner-led motions across the broader market. You will serve as the two-way conduit between the industry and Apple's Product, Engineering, and platform teams.

Responsibilities
  • Own the Worldwide Enterprise Strategy for Financial Services, identifying where Apple can uniquely solve customer challenges and turning insight into actionable use cases
  • Lead engagement strategy for the Top 50 global Financial Services companies, driving platform standardization and multi-year lifecycle adoption
  • Define Apple's value narrative across the full breadth of the industry: advisory, wealth management, branch operations, trading floors, developers, compliance, and frontline banking workers
  • Serve as a thought partner to Apple's senior leadership and represent Apple credibly to the external Financial Services community
  • Convert Top 50 wins into reference architectures and scalable playbooks for partner-led coverage of the broader market
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with CIO, CISO, COO, CTO, CFO, Treasurer, and other senior executives
  • Lead and influence worldwide teams and stakeholders, both direct and indirect, who engage with Financial Services customers.
  • Define and track key success metrics for platform adoption and Top 50 engagement
Minimum Qualifications
  • 15+ years in enterprise strategy, business development, digital transformation, or sales leadership with significant Financial Services experience
  • Deep understanding of the Financial Services industry including digital banking, branch operations, trading environments, treasury and payments, regulatory compliance, fraud and risk management, and developer platforms
  • Established network within the Financial Services executive community, gained through direct industry experience with large banks and their executives, sufficient to open relationships and shape industry dialogue on Apple's behalf.
  • Demonstrated success with go-to-market strategies involving direct enterprise engagement and indirect channel or partner ecosystems
  • Strong understanding of Apple platforms (iPhone, iPad, Mac) in enterprise environments
  • Fluency in enterprise technology trends, with the ability to translate platform capabilities into business value for regulated institutions
  • Experience engaging and influencing C-suite executives (CIO, CISO, COO, CTO, CFO, Treasurer)
  • Strong financial acumen including TAM analysis and business case development
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives without direct reporting authority
  • Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading digital transformation or enterprise technology modernization within large-scale banking, insurance, wealth management, or capital markets organizations
  • Familiarity with enterprise AI deployment models and implications for data residency and regulatory exposure
  • Familiarity with emerging fintech shifts (digital assets, agentic AI, embedded finance)
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems including systems integrators, resellers, and ISVs
  • Experience building vertical-specific playbooks or reference architectures
  • Familiarity with Financial Services regulatory frameworks (SEC, FINRA, FFIEC, GDPR, PCI-DSS, GLBA)
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally
