Job summary

Lumen seeks a Sr Lead Solution Architect to partner with business units, shaping growth through technical architecture and compelling proposals. You will design end-to-end supply chain solutions, aligning SD/OTC, MM/P2P, and EWM with business objectives while leading workshops and client engagements.

You will drive strategic discovery, deliver documented business value, and collaborate across IT and business stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or equivalent education and experience.
• 10+ years of Supply Chain/P2P experience including at least one full lifecycle S/4HANA Supply Chain transformation, OR 8+ years of similar experience with a master’s degree.
• Familiar with Flexible workflow, reverse logistics, serialization, ATP, Vertex tax engine, SAP BTP, standard APIs, EDI, and MDG.
• Module Integrations with core elements along with data exchange with other applications.
• Proven track record of architecting complex, end-to-end supply chain landscapes—integrating SD/OTC, MM/P2P, EWM, and PS.
• Ability to lead & engage in technical workshops, and solution discussions with Business and IT Stakeholders.
• Strong listening, reasoning, and objection handling skills.
• Ability to work independently, or as part of a team to build complex customer solutions.
• Ability to prioritize with good time management skills.
• Experience with Developing and Performance Tuning Large-Volume, Scalable Solutions.
• Exposure to or Experience with AI Technologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer needs and requirements through strategic discovery, architect a technical solution, and present it with business value.
• Design end-to-end architecture flows covering Procure to Pay and Order to Cash.
• Lead business meetings and deliver technical proposals with appropriate business acumen.
• Provide detailed responses to solution and technology questions and demonstrate ROI.
• Architect and demonstrate visionary solutions reflecting the client’s technology roadmap.
• Lead technical workshops and solution discussions with Business and IT Stakeholders.
• Support application maintenance and critical vendor patching.
• Craft and propose solutions that meet business requirements and objectives by asking probing questions.
• Advocate for the client in POC engagements, RFP/RFI responses, and solution demonstrations.
