JPMorganChase, within the Asset Wealth Management Digital Assets Team, seeks a Senior Lead Software Engineer to drive multi-domain design and delivery of blockchain and smart contract applications. You will shape architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and align across product and platform teams to advance digital assets strategy.

The role requires strong Java/OO background, web3 experience, and cloud-native expertise.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with 5+ years of experience.
• Strong OO language background in Java, and one or more of Go, Rust, or JavaScript.
• Hands-on web3 development including smart contracts and RPC interactions.
• Experience with public or permissioned blockchains (Ethereum/EVM, Hyperledger, Solana, etc.).
• Proficiency with enterprise toolchains: Git, Jenkins, CI/CD, automated testing.
• Cloud-native experience with AWS and Kubernetes.
• Experience delivering production-grade software and scalability.
• Excellent collaboration and communication across diverse teams.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop scalable, secure services using Java, Spring Boot, TS/NestJS, React, and Python.
• Collaborate with platform teams to improve developer experience and cloud blockchain services.
• Work with Product and Core Blockchain teams to deliver innovative blockchain use cases.
