Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on security engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
• Experience with Hardware Security Modules, architecture and high-availability design.
• Strong troubleshooting in Linux/Unix enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design of HSM and cryptographic infrastructure.
• Design, deploy, and manage HSM solutions across platforms and lifecycle.
• Create diagrams, runbooks, and documentation for resiliency and security.
• Define infrastructure standards and security controls aligned with policies.
• Oversee migrations and upgrades with minimal disruption and risk.
• Guide cryptographic key management, confidential computing, and PCI/-FIS standards.
