US Patriot Tactical in Cannon AFB, NM seeks a Senior Lead Retail Sales Associate to guide store operations, coach staff, and drive sales. This full-time on-base role offers a starting rate of $18.75 per hour and comprehensive benefits.

You will supervise employees, schedule shifts, train the team, ensure proper merchandising, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. A Bachelor's degree is preferred and 3+ years retail management experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Three years of previous experience with retail management preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem analysis, and decision-making.
• Financial and quantitative analysis (preferred).
• Demonstrate ability to manage the sales team to achieve the company's sales goals.
• Proven ability to motivate and coach others.
• Ability to work flexible shift hours, 7 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of a US Patriot store, including the supervision of all store employees.
• Scheduling: Efficiently schedule all employees while considering each subordinate's requests for hours.
• Training: Sales/product training, upsell/cross sell, POS procedures, shelf facing and stocking, inventory.
• Sales and Merchandising: ensure products are fully stocked, correctly tagged, properly faced, and in the correct category; create a sales plan to meet store goals.
• Must know the gear to assist customers and suggest related items.
• Encourage employees to meet sales goals and develop plans to reach them.
• HR hiring and terminating employees per company process.
• Customer Experience: ensure outstanding, pleasant shopping experience.
• New Items: communicate customer requests to District Manager/Planner for new items.
