Job summary

PJM in Audubon, PA is seeking a Principal Consultant Testing Compliance to lead enterprise testing practices, ensure FERC order implementations meet requirements, and align with PJM's governing documents.

The role collaborates with IT Quality Management, FERC & Reliability Compliance managers, and business leaders to drive testing quality, leverage AI where appropriate, and develop training for testers and SMEs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years in software quality assurance with a focus on compliance testing.
• Experience leading QA activities across multiple teams.
• Strong knowledge of FERC regulations and software implementations.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and manage projects.
• ISTQB or PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement testing practices and strategies across the enterprise for FERC-related implementations.
• Coordinate testing efforts across business lines for new FERC orders.
• Collaborate with compliance to assess risks in implementations.
• Lead innovations in testing practices including AI integration.
• Provide regular reports on testing effectiveness and quality metrics.
• Support testing activities as needed by IT Quality Management.
