Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or related discipline required.
• Strong documentation skills needed for JIRA Tickets and Network Diagrams.
• Must communicate effectively with end users and technical teams.
• CWNA Certification or equivalent is needed.
• Experience with RF site survey tools such as Ekahau preferred.
• Strong knowledge of layer 2 switching and layer 3 routing protocols required.
• Experience in network security practices essential.
• At least 3 years experience with disaster recovery required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage NPS network infrastructure effectively.
• Conduct testing procedures for new infrastructure projects.
• Provide design guidance for network solutions.
• Administer Cloudpath onboarding processes and monitor wireless networks.
• Review best practices for network management and provide recommendations.
