Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking an experienced mechanical design lead for electromechanical medical device programs in Tampa. You will own the mechanical architecture, drive end-to-end design from concept to production release, and translate user needs into robust mechanical solutions.

The role requires 8+ years in medical device NPD, regulatory environments, CAD in SolidWorks or Creo, GD&T, FEA, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure manufacturability and compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of mechanical design and development experience, with medical device NPD.
• Proven experience leading mechanical development of electromechanical products through full lifecycles in regulated environments.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical lead for mechanical design within electromechanical medical device programs.
• Own the mechanical architecture and interfaces for subsystems including enclosures, mechanisms, mounts, thermal paths, and EMI/EMC considerations.
• Lead end-to-end mechanical design activities from concept through production release.
