Job summary

Aziro Technologies LLC is seeking a Senior/Lead Data Engineer to own end-to-end data initiatives in a remote setup. The role emphasizes Snowflake-based pipeline work, dbt modelling, and integration with APIs and Kafka for streaming data.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate hands-on experience across analytics engineering, data modelling, QA validation, and a strong drive to deliver complete solutions from design through production cutover.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on data engineering and analytics experience across Snowflake, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data migration.
• Proven ability to own end-to-end data projects from business understanding to production cutover.
• Experience with data modelling, testing, and documentation in analytics environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Snowflake-based data pipelines and migration paths from legacy systems.
• Develop and maintain dbt models, tests, and documentation for data transformations.
• Build and expose APIs; work with Kafka for streaming data and event processing.
• Contribute to frontend validation workflows using React/TypeScript or Angular when needed.
• Lead QA validation, parallel-run testing, and final production sign-off.

Job Title : Senior/Lead Data Engineer

Visa status:

Location: Remote

Please look for a Senior/Lead Data Engineer with strong hands-on Snowflake experience and broad exposure across the following areas:

• Snowflake Data Engineering: Data engineering, pipeline development, and migration from legacy platforms to Snowflake.
• Analytics Engineering / Data Modelling: Strong hands-on experience with dbt (data build tool), data modelling, transformation layers, testing, and documentation.
• Backend & Integration: Backend development, APIs, Kafka , and experience working with Cycle Manager business logic/workflows.
• Frontend Validation: Exposure to workflow/UI validation using React/TypeScript or Angular.
• QA & Migration Validation: Experience with QA validation, data reconciliation, parallel-run testing, defect resolution, and final sign-off.

The ideal candidate should have broad, hands-on experience across these areas rather than being focused only on Snowflake/data engineering. We are looking for someone who can take end-to-end ownership, from understanding existing business logic and pipelines through development, validation, parallel runs, and production cutover.
