Job summary

JPMorganChase in Texas is seeking a Senior Lead Cybersecurity Architect to shape and scale defense across software and platforms. You will lead architecture work, guide risk-aware decisions, and drive AI-enabled security validation in the SDLC.

You will partner with business and technology leaders to design resilient security solutions, influence engineering practices, and advance enterprise-risk controls across multiple domains.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in cybersecurity architecture concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
• Hands-on experience delivering enterprise-level cybersecurity solutions and controls.
• Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to support cybersecurity architecture workflows.

Responsibilities

• Guide evaluation of current cybersecurity principles, processes, and controls across domains.
• Leverage AI capabilities to accelerate risk analysis and control assessments.
• Provide technical guidance to business, contractors, and vendors as SME across focus areas.
• Partner with stakeholders to recommend business modifications during vulnerability periods.
• Drive reuse-first adoption of AI-assisted security validation in the SDLC and toolchain routines.
• Contribute to engineering community as an advocate of firm-wide frameworks and practices.
• Define how new systems or interfaces impact security posture.
• Identify thematic risks and develop scalable remediation patterns.
